Baldur’s Gate 3 will be launching with 16 different races and subraces to choose from, and there will be 150 different photorealistic and painstakingly created heads for players to choose from and apply to their party members.

Aside from the above wealth of racial options, Baldur’s Gate 3’s Early Access period will include six classes: Cleric, Fighter, Rogue, Ranger, Warlock, and Wizard.
Early Access will cover the game’s first act, which Larian Studios claim spans around 25 hours of gameplay. They have stated before that there are multiple ways to progress through Act 1, further adding to replayability before it is released in full.
Baldur’s Gate 3 has yet to receive a firm release date, but it looks to uphold the legendary reputation of the classic CRPG series and promises to be one of the most flexible entries to the genre yet. Check out its early access beginning October 6.
